Cancellation policy

Leaf litter subscription
Our leaf litter is available as a subscription that ships every 1, 2, or 3 months (you choose at checkout) at 10% off the regular price. It auto-renews, and your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date, counted from the day you subscribed.

Skip or cancel anytime
There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can skip a delivery or cancel from your account at getbugd.com, or email hello@getbugd.com and we'll do it for you.

Timing
To stop your next delivery, skip or cancel before its renewal date. Once a subscription order has been charged, it ships like any other order, and our Refund Policy applies to it.

Other orders
We don't currently offer pre-orders or other deferred purchase options. For regular orders, you can cancel for a full refund by emailing us before your order ships.
