Dry goods
Leaf litter, substrate, food, and hardware ship within 3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You will get tracking by email when the label pri nts.

Live animals (2027 onward)
Live isopods, springtails, and millipedes ship Monday through Wednesday only, so nothing sits in a facility over a weekend. We hold orders when the weather at either end is dangerous and email you when we do; a held order is not a late order. Live shipments are covered by a live-arrival guarantee, with the terms stated on each product page. Full details will be here before livestock goes on sale.

Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time.
