Dry goods ship within 3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
Shipping is included and arrival is covered. Most sellers offer one or the other. Almost nobody offers both. Free shipping on the slow tier with no live arrival guarantee, or a guarantee that only applies if you pay for overnight. We do not split it: one price, shipping included, and if live animals do not arrive alive we replace them, or refund you if we can't.
Live animals are not on sale yet. When they are, they will ship Monday through Wednesday, with a weather hold when the forecast at either end would cook or freeze a box. Full details land before launch.
We ship within the United States, and not to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
